A repeat offender who broke into and ransacked a Bradford cricket club has been jailed.
Bradford Crown Court heard how Gareth Knowles was one of two robbers who did £500 worth of damage and made off with £200 in donations from Great Horton Cricket Club on 5 August last year.
Knowles, 32, of Milner Ing, Wyke, Bradford, pleaded guilty to burgling the club, escaping from lawful custody and to two further burglaries. He was jailed for three years.
Another man, Oliver Barker, 33, of Barkerend Road, Bradford, was jailed for 18 months after he pleaded guilty to burgling the Eclipse Energy offices with Knowles on 10 August.
