Bradford has been named as the house discount capital of Britain.
Analysis by property website Zoopla revealed the city has the biggest percentage slashed off the original asking price of a house.
The average reduction in percentage terms was 7.77 per cent, which equated to an average of £10, 738 per house – with more than a third (37 per cent) of homes on the market in Bradford having had their original asking price slashed.
