Police are appealing for information following a robbery at a pharmacy in Bredbury, Greater Manchester.
Shortly after 12.15pm on Friday 17 March, police were called after a man went into Cohen’s Chemist on Higher Bents Lane, armed with a screwdriver, and demanded staff open the till.
The man grabbed a member of staff and forced them to hand over the cash then walked out of the shop and down Wild Street.
The man is described as white, of slim build, around 6ft 2in tall and between 20 to 30 years old. He was wearing a long navy coat, a blue scarf and blue tracksuit bottoms with stripes down the side.
Police have also said that the same man could be responsible for a similar robbery the previous day at Pressed for Time ironing service on Berrycroft Lane in Bredbury, when staff were again forced to open the till and give a man cash.
