Eight charged following drug raids

Eight people have been charged following dawn raids at properties across Bury.

This was the second phase of Operation Ballerina and has seen charges relating to the supply of crack cocaine and heroin.

Stephen Barlow, (06/07/1976) of Second Avenue, Oldham, has been charged with three counts of supplying crack cocaine and three counts of supplying heroin.

Craig Dalton, (16/07/1972), of Caversham Drive, Manchester, has been charged with five counts of supplying crack cocaine and five counts of supplying heroin.

Aaron Wren, (15/08/1985), of Lancaster Road, Salford, has been charged with three counts of supplying crack cocaine and three counts of supplying heroin.

The following five have all been charged with possession with intent to supply heroin, possession with intent to supply crack cocaine and possession with intent to supply cannabis and money laundering:

Anthony Fitzmaurice, (06/10/1994), of Kingsway, Manchester

Jamie Fitzmaurice, (06/03/1997), of Kingsway, Manchester

Claire Fitzmaurice, (03/07/1992), of Kingsway, Manchester

Sarah Fitzmaurice, (20/08/1964), of Kingsway, Manchester

A man and woman, who were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply drugs and money laundering, have been released under investigation.
