A man has died after his car came off the road in Steeton.
Police are now appealing for information after the fatal crash.
The incident happened on Wednesday, 24 May, at around 9.30am. A grey Peugeot Partner car was travelling along the A629 Aire Valley trunk road towards Silsden, when it left the road to the nearside and went into a ditch.
Emergency services attended, but the male driver and single occupant of the car was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
The road was closed to traffic travelling towards Steeton while police investigated the scene.
Anyone who may have seen the car prior to the incident is asked to contact police.
