A dog walker in Leeds was pursued and assaulted by two youths on a scooter.
The incident occurred on Naburn Approach in the Swarcliffe area on Friday 12 January, at just after 6.00pm.
The victim was out walking his dog along a pathway, named locally as ‘The Spotty Path’, when he was driven at by two suspects who were riding a scooter-type motorcycle.
The victim attempted to flee but was pursued through neighbouring streets and gardens. The victim was subjected to a serious assault on Naburn Approach before the suspects rode off.
The victim was left with serious injuries that required hospital treatment.
The two suspects are believed to be males aged in their late teens.
