A Bradford man has been handed a 7-year prison sentence for raping and sexually assaulting the teenager after she downed a bottle of vodka.
Bradford Crown Court heard that 35-year-old Leon Smith of Middlebrook Crescent, Fairweather was sexually attracted to the teenager and assaulted the girl after she had consumed a large amount of alcohol.
Smith, a father-of-two, followed the girl upstairs at a house in Bradford before raping and sexually assaulting her.
He was found guilty of oral rape and sexual assault on August 13 2013.
He was subject to a sexual harm prevention order banning him from ever contacting the girl again. He must also sign on the sex offenders' register for life.
