A man has been jailed after he ran over his victim in an attack in Bradford.
Bradford Crown Court heard how Amjid Aziz, 34, of Devonshire Street, Keighley, and two other defendants attacked Steven Beveridge on Sunny Mount, Highfield, in February last year.
Mr Beveridge’s daughter was also assaulted as she attempted to intervene.
Aziz, who was driving an Audi, reversed over Mr Beveridge while he was lying on the floor, before fleeing the scene with his co-defendants. The victim was left requiring treatment for multiple rib fractures.
Aziz was sentenced to three years in prison after pleading guilty to affray and causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
