A new business development in Bradford is expected to create between 360 and 820 jobs.
The prospective 37 acre site in Thornbury would include 310,500 square feet of employment space, including seven large units and an office block, as well as a 540 space car park.
The developers behind the project have said that there are already two businesses that have shown interest in moving to the site, including a substantial Bradford business that has been waiting for the opportunity to expand and may have left the city if no prospects became available.
The application will be decided upon in July.
