Police are appealing for information after an attempted burglary at a house in Harrogate.
North Yorkshire Police said would-be raiders moved outdoor lights and motion sensors to prevent them shining on the property on Otley Road in the Killinghall area of Harrogate.
The incident happened between the 12th of February and the 16th of February, but police only released details yesterday.
A police spokesman said: "If you, or anybody else has had lights or sensors repositioned, or have any information which could help assist our investigation, please contact North Yorkshire Police on 101.”
