Pupils of Bradford Grammar School were put through their paces when a Team GB runner visited.
Emile Cairess, 21, an Under 23s silver medal winner at the European Cross Country Championships in the Netherlands and a former student at the Saltaire school, held a special training session to impart his wisdom to budding athletes.
Emile began running aged four, competed for the school and Bingley Harriers, and is the reigning England u23s 5,000 metres champion.
