It is understood that the Yorkshire Ripper, who killed 13 women between 1975 and 1980 in West Yorkshire and Manchester, will be moved to a Prison after medical experts deemed him mentally fit.
Peter Sutcliffe, who has been a patient at Broadmoor Psychiatric Hospital, has been judged to no longer require treatment for a medical disorder.
In 1981 he was convicted of 13 murders and seven attempted murders and was given 20 life sentences.
