Their first video ‘Baat Cheat with Ali and Adnan’ has already created waves with over 230 (and counting) shares and over 35,000 views. ‘Baat Cheat’ spoofs the headlines of recent times from Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover’s fight to the rather droll commentary in the on-going Indian Premiere League. Adnan plays the perfect foil to Ali’s madness as the duo discusses and debates all that’s quirky in our lives right now.
For Ali, humour is a way to generate awareness as well as take a light look at serious issues. “First you make people laugh and then you make them think. People will listen to you more if they know you are a reason for their laughter. You will gain their attention and that is where you create an opportunity for yourself to deliver a message,” he says.
