It’s not often that we see actors talking about their low phases, especially in Bollywood.
However, Bobby Deol is different. In an interview with BT, the actor, who will soon be seen in 'Race 3', opened up on how it’s important to go on even when things are not going the right way.
Bobby said, “I do believe that human beings are not perfect. We can’t strive to be perfect because we have egos, desires and wants. Everyone has weak moments; it’s only that people don’t talk about it. Personally, I don’t believe in self-pity and I see no point when people keep talking about… mere saath yeh hua, woh hua. Right now, I am in a happy space and life is moving in the right direction. Even if things don’t go the right way, I will still keep going on. I am blessed; I have a father who has given us everything, a mother who is like a pillar in our lives, a brother (Sunny Deol) who treats me like a son, my sisters (Vijayta and Ajeeta) who will give their lives for me, and a wife (Tanya), who is my strength and rock. She is younger than me, but treats me like a kid. And I have two lovely kids who are growing up. In the last few years, I have had enough time to spend with them. When I was growing up, my dad was extremely busy, so when I had kids, I decided that I wouldn’t take up so much work that it would leave me with little time for them. After all, what am I working for?”
