Confirmed! Sara Ali Khan to star opposite Ranveer Singh in Rohit Shetty’s ‘Simmba’

Rohit Shetty’s upcoming film ‘Simmba’ starring Ranveer Singh has been in search of its female lead. After all the names that were doing rounds in the media, the makers finally locked Sara Ali Khan for the role.

Confirming the news, Dharma Productions took to their official Twitter handle and wrote, “All your speculations end here! Presenting to you the leading lady of #Simmba opposite @RanveerOfficial - #SaraAliKhan! Roaring to cinemas near you on 28th December, 2018.

In another post, they added, “A stunning fresh face + the unlimited energy of a superstar + the craft of the 2 biggest filmmakers = BLOCKBUSTER already!💥 #Simmba. Both the post had Karan Johar and Rohit Shetty beaming with the very lovely Sara.

Sara’s debut film ‘Kedarnath’ with Abhishek Kapoor opposite Ranveer Singh had hit a roadblock but is now back on track and will resume shooting from April. With two films already in her kitty, Sara is definitely one to watch out for!
