2 lawyers killed in shooting at Lahore court

Two lawyers have been killed in a shooting incident at a court in Lahore.

Another lawyer opened fire outside of a sessions court, killing the two men. The perpetrator, identified as Kashif Rajput, is believed to have been embroiled in a property dispute with one of the deceased.

The assailant was taken into custody and a cordon put in place as investigations began.

This is the second incident of firing at a sessions court in Lahore this month. On 1 February, an under-trial prisoner facing murder charges was gunned down along with a policeman.
