Driverless train crashes through wall in India

    A driverless train crashed through a wall during a test in Delhi.

    An official claims the person carrying out the test, on the Magenta Line of the Delhi Metro system, did not carry out a brake check.

    It has been reported the train was to stop at a washing plant but once it came to a halt it rolled backwards and ended up breaking through the wall at the Kalindi Kunj depot.

    There were no passengers on board when the accident occurred and the matter is being investigated.
