A court in India has convicted 31 workers over violent protests in 2012.
The incident took place at the car manufacturer Maruti Suzuki's main plant outside the capital of Delhi.
148 people were accused of the murder of a senior manager who was beaten to death in the riots. More than 80 people were also seriously injured in the incident. The violence is believed to be linked to a dispute over wages and contracts.
Seven suspects were found guilty of culpable homicide, 24 were charged with criminal damage and violent or threatening behaviour and the remaining 117 accused were acquitted.
