An activist in India has alleged she was beaten and paraded naked in Delhi.
The female volunteer of the Delhi Commission for Women, had been on a night patrol on Thursday, 7 December, identifying shops selling illegal alcohol with colleagues.
In a video which has been circulated online the victim claims she was "dragged and disrobed" by those opposing the commission’s work.
Police have countered the claims, saying the woman was assaulted but denying she had been paraded naked.
