An Indian child was kidnapped from a school bus by gunmen.
The two suspects shot dead the driver before taking the six-year-old in east Delhi this morning, 25 January. Around 20 other children were on the bus at the time.
Local media claim the child to be a pupil at a private school in the area.
Police have begun an investigation and have disclosed to The Indian Express newspaper that the family has not yet received a ransom demand.
