Two female students in India were attacked by a group of men for allegedly going to meet Muslim boys.
The incident took place in the southern Indian city of Mangalore when the group of friends, who attend the same school, were assaulted after meeting at a theme park.
Three men have been arrested who police suspect belong to a right-wing fringe group.
A video of the incident was shared on social media and widely criticised as so-called “moral policing”.
It is reported that other suspects are also being sought.
