A policeman was killed after travelling in a vehicle to a polling station in India.
The Hindustan Times reports that eight other officers were injured in the incident, when a minibus crashed in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
It is understood the officers were carrying a voting machine to a polling booth as part of India’s general election.
