A news anchorman in Pakistan has been banned from hosting a TV show following comments made linking a convicted rapist and murderer with a government official.
The Supreme Court ruled that Shahid Masood is banned from presenting the programme for three months after alleging that Imran Ali, who was handed the death sentence for the rape and murder of Zainab Ansari in January, was involved in a pornography ring with a Punjab minister.
Masood has also been ordered to submit a written apology.
