Police in Pakistan say they have arrested more than 1,100 people in connection with protests over the acquittal of Asia Bibi in a blasphemy case.
Asia Bibi was convicted in 2010 after being accused of insulting the Prophet Muhammad in a row with her neighbours but has now been set free.
The verdict sparked demonstrations in several cities across the country.
Authorities say 130 cases have been registered against a number of those arrested for their involvement in injuring policemen and the public and damaging property.
