The owner of a factory in Bangladesh, which killed over 1,100 people when it collapsed, has been sentenced on corruption charges.
Sohel Rana received a three-year sentence for failing to declare his personal wealth to Bangladesh's anti-graft commission.
He faces further charges, including murder, over the Rana Plaza disaster.
In 2013 a garment factory collapsed near Dhaka, resulting in a tragic loss of life. 2,500 people were rescued from the rubble, some with traumatic injuries.
There was widespread condemnation of the global retail industry in the aftermath of the incident.
Rana and 37 others, including government officials, could receive the death penalty if found guilty of murder.
