A hospital in India is being investigated following the deaths of 49 new-born babies.
All of the deaths occurred in the space of one month at a hospital in Farrukhabad in Uttar Pradesh state.
At least 30 are said to have died from "perinatal asphyxia", a condition caused by reduced oxygen levels during childbirth.
The probe comes after a near identical case in a Gorakhpur hospital in the same state, in which 160 minors died.
A lack of oxygen was again believed to be a factor in many of the deaths. It was believed a private company cut the supply of oxygen over unpaid bills but officials countered the claims, saying the spike in fatalities was a result of high-levels of disease spreading during the monsoon season.
