A blast at a shipyard in India has killed at least five people.
The explosion took place this morning (13 February) at Cochin port in the southern state of Kerala on board a ship that was docked for repairs.
Police said the deaths were caused by smoke inhalation and that three people who were rescued are undergoing treatment for burns.
The vessel on which the blast occurred is a drilling ship owned by India's biggest oil explorer, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC).
