A suspected member of a terrorist organisation has been arrested in Mumbai.
Identified as Salim Khan, the man has been alleged by Indian authorities to be an operative for Lashkar-e-Taiba.
It is believed that Khan was wanted for spying and other unlawful activities including transferring money to terror operatives in the country.
Aftab Ali, an alleged Pakistani Inter-Services Intelligence operative, was arrested in May this year and officials say he revealed that Salim Khan used to wire money to him.
According to sources, Salim was apprehended at Mumbai airport as a lookout notice had been issued against his name.
