At least 10 people have been killed after a building collapsed in India.
The death toll has continued to rise as rescue workers remain at the site of what was an under-construction building in Dharwad in north Karnataka.
The four-storey structure collapsed on Tuesday 19 March, injuring 55 people.
It is feared there are at least 12 to 15 people still trapped under the rubble.
The Hindustan Times reports that locals have sought to know how civic agencies turned a blind eye to alleged sub-standard materials being used for the construction.
