At least three people have been killed in a bull-taming sport in India.
The men were gored to death in the southern state of Tamil Nadu whilst watching a contest known as Jallikattu in which participants attempt to take prizes from the sharpened horns of a bull.
The sport was banned by the country’s Supreme Court in 2014 on grounds of animal cruelty. However, following mass protests, the ban was lifted.
It is believed up to 60 others have been injured in the contests over the past few days.
