At least two people were killed in an explosion at a factory in India.
The blast took place at a steel works in Uttarakhand's Pauri Garhwal district. It is understood three other people were also seriously injured.
The Times of India reports that a gas cutter being used by the labourers to cut a steel box exploded.
An investigation is underway to ascertain whether a lapse by the factory owners is to blame for the incident.
