Two teenagers have died and five others are in a critical condition after a car fell off a flyover in Delhi this morning, 15 May.
The incident happened in the Punjabi Bagh area of west Delhi.
According to police, seven students from the Delhi Institute of Professional Studies — were on their way to take an exam at a college in Narela, when the incident occurred around 8am.
The police believe the vehicle was travelling at around 100km per hour when the driver lost control of it.
The car came off the flyover and landed upside down, killing two of the students.
It took the police over 15 minutes to pull the students out of the wreckage due to the severity of the damage.
According to the police, an 18-year-old student named Rajat was driving the car. The police are yet to ascertain if the teenager at the wheel had a licence to drive the vehicle.
