30 athletes from Russia have been allowed to compete at the Winter Paralympics under a neutral flag.
The country was barred from competition following the revelation of state-sponsored doping. Para-athletes who could prove they were clean could be considered to enter the Games in Pyeongchang, South Korea.
In the Winter Olympics two Russian athletes competing as neutrals tested positive for banned substances - Nadezhda Sergeeva, who finished 12th in the two-woman bobsleigh, and curler Alexander Krushelnitsky, who was stripped of his bronze medal in the inaugural mixed-doubles event.
