Ben Stokes has been included in the England Test squad after being acquitted of affray.
The Durham all-rounder had been standing trial over his involvement in a fracas in Bristol in September.
The fight happened several hours after England had played a one-day international against the West Indies at the County Ground.
Ryan Ali, who was knocked unconscious in the brawl, was also found not guilty of affray.
Stokes, 27, will be facing the England and Wales Cricket Board’s own disciplinary process along with team mate Alex Hales, who was present during the fight but did not receive any charges.
England lead India 2-0 in their five-Test series, with the next match, at Trent Bridge, starting on Saturday.
