England’s goalkeeper Karen Bardsley will miss the rest of the Women’s European Championships after sustaining a broken leg.
The 32-year-old was injured in the second half of Sunday's quarter-final victory over France.
The Football Association said the Manchester City player, who has fractured a fibula, will stay with the squad as they prepare to face the tournament hosts.
It is most likely Siobhan Chamberlain, 33, who came on for Bardsley, will face the Netherlands in the semi-final on Thursday, 3 August.
