Huddersfield Town have been promoted to the top flight after beating Reading in the playoff final on Monday, 29 May.
The Terriers have made it to the Premier League for the first time by overcoming their rivals 4-3 on penalties at Wembley.
In a game that lacked clear chances, 120 minutes of play was concluded with a 0-0 draw.
It was the West Yorkshire club’s second successive shootout, after they beat Sheffield Wednesday from the spot in the semi-final.
Huddersfield has not played in the top flight since 1972.
