Chelsea legend, John Terry, has confirmed that he will leave the club come the end of this season.
The 36-year-old has been at the side since the age of fourteen and is their most decorated player with four Premier League titles, one Champions League, five FA Cups, a Europa League and three League Cups.
The centre-back has made 713 appearances for the Blues, third only to Ron Harris and Peter Bonetti.
The club captain retired from the international scene in 2012 and has only made four Premier League starts this season.
