Leeds Rhinos player Brad Singleton has been handed a six-match ban and a £300 fine for attacking a opposition player with his elbow.
Singleton was placed on report for the tackle by the referee at the four Betfred Super League match at Headingley on last Friday
Singleton pleaded guilty when he appeared in front of a disciplinary hearing in Leeds this week. He was charged by the Rugby Football League's match review panel with a grade E offence, which carries a ban of between four and eight matches.
He will start his ban when Leeds host Wakefield on Friday.
