Leeds Rhinos won their eighth straight Super League Grand Final.
Leeds beat Castleford at Old Trafford on Saturday, 7 October, 24-6.
Rhinos captain Danny McGuire brought his 15-year career at the club to a fairy tale end, with two second-half tries. McGuire is set to move to Hull for the next campaign.
Tom Briscoe scored Leeds' other two tries on a wet night in Manchester, whilst Alex Foster grabbed a late consolation for League Leaders' Shield winners Castleford.
