Liverpool have agreed a £40m deal with Arsenal to sign Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
The 24-year-old has signed a five-year contract with the Reds, after rejecting an offer on Tuesday, 29 August, from Chelsea.
It is expected the midfielder will earn £120,000 a week at Anfield. He had earlier rejected a new deal worth up to £180,000 a week to stay at the Emirates.
Oxlade-Chamberlain has made 198 appearances for Arsenal since joining them from Southampton in August 2011, scoring 20 goals.
The fee is a joint club record for Liverpool, matching Andy Carroll's signing from Newcastle. It will only last until July 2018, when they sign Naby Keita from Leipzig for an agreed £48m.
