Romelu Lukaku looks set to be ending his time at Merseyside to travel east on the M62 to Manchester.
It is believed Everton have agreed a £75m fee for the striker with Manchester United.
The Belgian joined the Toffees in 2014 for £28m, leaving Chelsea and manager Jose Mourinho to become one of the most prolific goal scorers in the Premier League.
He will now be reunited with former boss Mourinho at Old Trafford.
The 24-year-old scored 25 Premier League goals last season. He turned down the most lucrative offer in Everton’s history in March, claiming that he did not “want to stay at the same level”.
