Mo Farah crossed the line to win his last track race in Britain.
The 34-year-old won with a time of 7:38.64 in the 3000m at Birmingham.
The double Olympic champion plans to switch from the track to the road, leaving behind an illustrious career that sees him as one the most celebrated athletes in Britain.
He spoke to BBC Sport following the race: "It's been an amazing week. I've had a little bit of downtime with the family to relax. The emotion was high and I had a lot of support from the home crowd.
"I was trying to think about winning the race and the rest of the field. This is what we dream of - having a home crowd cheer you on - and I want to thank everyone who has supported me and followed my journey.
"I never dreamed of becoming four times Olympic champion and a multi-world champion. All I ever dreamed of was competing for Britain.
"I just want to continue to see what I can do on the road, without having a target on my back, and just try to enjoy it without so much pressure."
