Romano Fenati to return to racing after pulling rival’s brake

A motorcyclist who pulled a rival’s brake whilst travelling at 135mph is to return to racing.

Italian rider Romano Fenati was banned after reaching over and grabbing the brake lever of compatriot Stefano Manzi, who briefly lost his balance before regaining control, during the San Marino Moto2.

Fenati, 22, will return to his former team, the Marinelli Snipers, who had sacked him after the incident.

He will compete in the Moto3 World Championship, a demotion from Moto2.
