Romelu Lukaku has avoided being handed a suspension over an alleged kick.
The Manchester United striker was involved in an incident with Brighton defender Gaetan Bong during United's 1-0 win on Saturday, but was not seen by referee Neil Swarbrick.
The Football Association referred the incident to a panel of three ex-referees, who decided to take no further action.
The 24-year-old Belgium international has escaped a three-match domestic ban which would have seen him miss league games against Watford, Arsenal and Manchester City.
