Russia has been banned from competing in the Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang.
The International Olympic Committee barred the nation from attending the event following an investigation into allegations of state-sponsored doping at the 2014 Games hosted by Russia in Sochi.
Russian athletes who can prove they are clean could be allowed to compete at the Games under a neutral flag.
The decision has been widely condemned in Russia though some officials have welcomed the opportunity for clean athletes to take part.
