With two-thirds of Brits having never changed the password on their home Wi-Fi router, the potential for hackers to access their personal and financial data has never been greater, according to new research.
17% of those surveyed by Nationwide Building Society didn’t even believe it was possible for their home network to be hacked, highlighting the need for greater education around home security.
To discuss the vital changes Brits need to make to their internet safety in the home and to share insightful tips on how to keep safe when it comes to routers and encryption, we were joined by cyber security expert, Dr. Jess Barker.
