New research from IBM shows that 50% of industry leaders do not believe that schools adequately prepare students for employment.
A new non-selective model of education that aims to integrate a higher-qualification alongside secondary learning was launched during National Apprenticeship Week, called P-TECH. IBM said it will provide a solution for the lack of young people with ‘middle level’ qualifications that employers want.
