A new study has revealed what the UK believes is the secret to a longer, healthier and fulfilling life.
Due to lighter and more invigorating ingredients, the far East has often been regarded as one of the healthiest continents in the world, and 37% of Brits believe that the population in Asia are more likely to have the longest life expectancy.
The rationale of the outcome was that an Asian diet, which is rich in key vitamins and nutrients, had a positive correlation to living longer.
