Have you ever started the day with plans in mind, only to have them disrupted by bad weather? Well you’re not alone, as new research from E.ON has revealed that more than three quarters (77%) of British adults have let the cold, rain, sleet, snow or fog get in the way of heading outside.
More than half (56%) of the UK have avoided going for a walk, whilst a quarter have let poor conditions stop them from going for a run.
So what do we do to find that motivation we need during the winter months and how can we remain productive when we're forced indoors?
