A group of young people from an inner city club are taking part in a trip of lifetime to Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia during their Half term holidays.
Members of Great Horton Church Cricket Club including 13 young boys aged 11 to 13 years and 10 adults including coaches, officials and parents leave for Kuala Lumpur on 18th October for a 9 days tour which will include visits to 4 local schools where they will play cricket matches as well as learning more about their schools' way of life.
They will also visit a world heritage site at Malaka before finishing their tour with a reception with the Mayor of Putrajaya.
The group met with the Lord Mayor of Bradford on 12 October and received a memento top carry as a message of goodwill on behalf of the city.
